Personal Projects

Michael released his debut record titled “Flail” in April 2002. This award winning album launched Michael’s career as a solo artist. After regional tours, festival appearances and a handful of videos he returned to the studio. His sophomore album “Reflect” released in 2003 brought on more notoriety and a North American tour including Mexico and Eastern Canada. In 2004, “Ethos Pathos Logos” was released. Michael then took a few years off to reorganize and work on several other projects in and around Los Angeles. After a short hiatus, Michael began work on his fourth release, “Finger”. With no plans for another full tour, Michael has once again found his home behind the controls as a  Producer. Finding his comfort zone out of the public eye and behind the controls. Michael and long time client-turned-associate, John Hoehn also formed the umbrella corporation entertainment corporation, Depth and Hollow Productions which hold such acts as STRÜB, Nate Vavra, Dan Grimm, Havoc and Apathy and DIFM. Just released was Depth and Hollow’s first feature film, “A Ghost Sighting”. Production on a second film is in the works.

Michael and Wife Shauna Putnam-Strub are currently plugged into the Austin, Texas and surrounding area’s Music Scenes.
